About enhancement of regulatory framework in the field of informatization

In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 7, 2004 "About measures for enhancement of activities of the Uzbek communication agency and informatization" and for the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About informatization" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 215:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for forming of the state information resources according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for creation of information systems of state bodies according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure:

in three-months time to submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the list of the state information resources, including basic state information resources, and also the list of the state bodies responsible for forming, use and support of the state information resources;

in a month to approve procedure for documentation of information, accounting and registration of the state information resources.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N.

Regulations on procedure for forming of the state information resources
