About establishment of the size of the consular fees
Based on article 106-2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and according to the Law on investment of the Government with powers on the edition of the ordinances N1211-XIV of July 31, 2000. The consular fees represent the payments in the government budget made by different physical persons or legal entities for the services provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its divisions.
If the international agreements which participant the Republic of Moldova is contain the provisions differing from provided by this ordinance, then provisions of international treaties are applied.
Approve the consular services provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its divisions and the size of the consular fees levied for them according to the appendices N1 and 2, which are integral part of this ordinance.
