About approval of the forms intended for collection of administrative data in the field of seed farming

According to the subitem 11) of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2003 "About seed farming" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics", I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed forms intended for collection of administrative data:

1) data on the forecast structure of sown areas of crops on the harvest eve of the corresponding year, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) data on quantity and quality of the sowed seeds of crops on the harvest eve of the corresponding year, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) data on requirement and security of agricultural forming with seeds of winter, summer grain, leguminous, oil-bearing, commercial crops, one-year and long-term herbs and potatoes for crops in the corresponding year, according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the information about high-quality structure of the filled-up seeds of crops on the harvest eve of the corresponding year, according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the information about reproductive structure of the filled-up seeds of crops on the harvest eve of the corresponding year, according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) data on the number of the researches and the issued documents confirming sowing qualities of seeds by types of crops for the corresponding year according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) data on material and technical resources availability on processing and storage of seeds, according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) data on production and the expected realization of seeds from harvest of previous year producers of seeds, according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) data on use of seeds from harvest of previous year the certified subjects of seed farming, according to appendix 9 to this order;

10) data on approbation of high-quality sowings of agricultural crops according to appendix 10 to this order.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
