1. Bring in the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2015 No. 184 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of archiving" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of June 26, 2015 11444, published in information system of law of Ad_let of July 10, 2015) the following changes:

The regulations of the state service "Issue of Archive References" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 1) according to appendix 1 to this order;

The regulations of the state service "Apostilization of Archive References and Copies of the Archive Documents Coming from the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Directed Abroad" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 2) according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. And documentation (Mukatayev D. S.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of archiving:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction of copies of this order for official publication in information system of law of Ad_let, and periodic printing editions on the electronic medium with appendix of the paper copy certified by official stamp;
