For the purpose of enhancement of the organization of activities of the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers on licensing of activities for production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and to tobacco products manufacture the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve updated structure of the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers on licensing of activities for production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and to tobacco products manufacture according to appendix.
2. Commissions (Holmuradov):
in a month to approve updated regulations on the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers on licensing of activities for production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and to tobacco products manufacture;
provide the organization of activities of the Commission it is strict according to requirements of the legislation;
exercise control of observance by licensees of licensed requirements and conditions according to the procedure, established by the legislation and the license agreement, in case of production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and tobacco products manufacture.
3. To the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to strengthen control of complete and timely receipt of taxes and obligatory payments from turnover of alcoholic and tobacco products, and also non-admission of debts on payments in the budget and the state trust funds.
4. In case of issue of the conclusions about economic feasibility of input of new capacities it is strict to Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan to adhere to annually approved parameters of balance of production and use of ethyl alcohol.
