About measures of the state support of development of seed farming in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of providing rural producers with the high-quality certified seeds and landing material, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", item 4 of Article 7 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 02.08.2019 No. 397.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic when forming the republican budget for 2018-2022 to provide funds for payment of the state grant to seed-growing farms of the republic after approval of the regulatory legal act providing introduction of payment system of the state grant:

- according to production volumes seed-growing farms of the republic of seeds of winter and spring-sown field of the second reproduction for realization to peasants and farmers in the sowing purposes during 2018-2022 according to appendix 2;

- according to production volumes and realization of superelite and elite seeds of wheat, barley and lucerne for carrying out strain renovation and strain changing in seed-growing farms of the republic during 2018-2022 according to appendix 3.

3. Recommend to local government bodies:

- extend lease terms of lands for maintaining seed-growing economy up to 20 years;

- in accordance with the established procedure to consider question of additional allocation to seed-growing farms of the republic of the irrigated arable grounds for increase in production of seeds and landing material for 2018-2022 according to appendix 4.
