About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state grant in seed farming"

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of the state grant to seed-growing farms of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for timely and organized carrying out agricultural field works in 2014" of February 1, 2014 No. 63;

2) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures of the state support of development of seed farming in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 13, 2017 No. 145.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
