Bring in the Procedure for licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture, No. 1396 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 94, Art. 3441; 2008, No. 82, Art. 2766; 2011, No. 40, Art. 1645; 2012, No. 8, Art. 297, No. 16, Art. 592; 2014, No. 7, Art. 201; 2015, No. 96, the Art. 3297), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture

1. To add Item 1 after words of "the Laws of Ukraine" with the words "About Licensing of Types of Economic Activity",".

2. State Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. For the purpose of receipt of the license the license applicant by the method provided by part one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" submits to body of licensing the application for receipt of the license for implementation of economic activity on construction of facilities IV and V categories of complexity and documents determined by the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on construction of facilities IV and V categories of complexity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2016 No. 256 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 28, the Art. 1130).
