About national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of determination of types of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and system of functioning of the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 88 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic", "About internal migration", "About external migration", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- Regulations on the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since May 1, 2017.

1. This Provision determines types of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also recognition cases their invalid.
