According to the subitem 17 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, and item 4 of the Procedure for conducting the state accounting in the field of protection of the atmospheric air approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 13, 2001 No. 1655, I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure and criteria of statement on the state accounting of objects which make or can make harmful effects on human health and condition of atmospheric air, types and amounts of the pollutants which are thrown out in atmospheric air, approved by the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of May 10, 2002 No. 177, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 22, 2002 for No. 445/6733, which are applied.

2. To department of ecological safety (Lukyanchuk S. I.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Vakarash V. M.
