About approval of the Procedure for conducting the state accounting in the field of protection of atmospheric air

According to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of atmospheric air" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting the state accounting in the field of protection of atmospheric air it (is applied).
2. To the ministry of protection of the surrounding environment to develop and approve till December 1, 2002 with the State committee of statistics the Instruction about procedure and criterion of capture on the state accounting of objects which exert or can exert adverse effect on human health and condition of atmospheric air, types and amounts of the pollutants which are thrown out in atmospheric air, types and extents of influence on its condition of physical and biological factors.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 1993 No. 1073 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of the state accounting in the field of protection of atmospheric air" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1994, No. 5, the Art. 113).
