Some questions of issue (refusal in issue, cancellation) import permits of the publishing products having origin or are made and/or it is imported from the territory of the state aggressor, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine

According to part three of article 28-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About publishing" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for issue (refusal in issue, cancellation) import permits of the publishing products having origin or it is made and/or it is imported from the territory of the state aggressor, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2018 No. 960.

3. To the public fiscal service to develop special program and information complex for ensuring interaction of the State committee of television and broadcasting and the Public fiscal service in case of control of import of publishing products according to the Procedure approved by this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.
