1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accounting of persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 169 "About approval of Rules of accounting of persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors, and the publication of information about them" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan 12987, published in information system of law of Ad_let on February 10, 2016).

3. To provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
