About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 2009 No. 125 "About some questions of protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus":

to state subitem 1.2 of Item 1 in the following edition:

in column 3 of subitem 14.2.1:

exclude paragraph two;

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2017.
