Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. At the disposal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2008 No. 1337 "About implementation of actions for reducing consumption of electrical energy by budgetary institutions":

1) in paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "conclusion of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service" shall be replaced with words "the conclusion of the state sanitary and epidemiologic examination of Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections";

Item 3 to exclude 2).

2. According to the procedure of transfer of the companies into reserve types of fuel, No. 263 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2009 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 23, Art. 743; 2012, No. 26, Art. 978):

1) in Item 2:
