About reorganization of "Railway Hospital of Medicine of Catastrophic Crashes" joint-stock company

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize "Railway Hospital of Medicine of Catastrophic Crashes" joint-stock company by transformation to "Railway Hospital of Medicine of Catastrophic Crashes" limited liability partnership (further – partnership) with absolute share of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine partnership core activity activities of hospitals of wide profile and specialized hospitals.

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) forming of the authorized capital of partnership at the expense of property of the reorganized joint-stock company;

2) approval of the charter of partnership and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share of partnership to Committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. After completion of the actions specified in Items 1-3 of this resolution to reorganize partnership by separation into 16 limited liability partnerships with absolute share of the state in their authorized capital according to appendix 1 to this resolution (further - partnerships).

5. Determine core activity of partnerships activities of hospitals of wide profile and specialized hospitals.

6. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
