Due to the changes in structure of the office of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine I order:

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones which are applied.

2. To provide to management of state policy in the field of assay supervision and documents of the strict reporting in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the state secretary Kapinus E. V.
