1. Approve the List of the standard document types which are subject to entering into National Archive Fund which are created in scientific and technical and productive activity of the companies, organizations and organizations which is applied.

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Martynenko S. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of archives of Ukraine of January 19, 2007 No. 8 "About approval of the List of scientific and technical documents of permanent storage duration", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2007 at No. 429/13696 (with changes).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

I. General provisions

1. This List is developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations", the Procedure for education and activities of the commissions on conducting examination of value of documents approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 08, 2007 No. 1004.

2. This List is the regulatory legal act which determines standard document types which are created in scientific and technical and productive activity of the companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership (further - the organizations).

3. The documents of permanent storage duration which are subject to entering into National Archive Fund are included in this List (further - NAF).

4. This List is intended for compulsory use by the public archive institutions and archive and other divisions of all organizations storing the documents created in scientific and technical and productive activity.

5. This List is used when conducting examination of value of the documents created in scientific and technical and productive activity, commissions of experts of the organizations and the public archive institutions during the work with the organizations sources of forming of NAF according to the Procedure for education and activities of the commissions on conducting examination of value of documents approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 08, 2007 No. 1004.

6. Regulations of this List extend to documents which are created in scientific and technical and productive activity of the organizations on all types of data carriers.

7. The organizations store documents of permanent storage duration which are created in scientific and technical and productive activity in own archive divisions or transfer for storage to the public archive institutions according to requirements of the current legislation.

8. In the public archive institutions the documents created in scientific and technical and productive activity of the organizations arrive in the terms established by the legislation.

9. This List is constructed by the specific principle taking into account the directions operating in the state in scientific, scientific and technical, technological, project, construction activities, the theory and practice of their documentation, forms of interrelations between them. This list contains 12 Sections which are divided into Items.
