Some questions of treasurer servicing of means of obligatory national pension insurance
According to the subitem 2 of Item 14 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for treasurer servicing of means of obligatory national pension insurance which is applied.
2. Determine that during the period from July 1 to October 1, 2017 according to the Procedure approved by this resolution treasurer servicing of means of obligatory national pension insurance in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernivtsi regions is performed.
3. To the public treasurer service together with the Pension fund of Ukraine till September 1, 2017 by results of treasurer servicing of means of obligatory pension insurance in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernivtsi regions to submit proposals on introduction of treasurer servicing of means of obligatory national pension insurance by the Public treasurer service in all territory of Ukraine and the schedule of transition to treasurer servicing.
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2017.
