According to Item 2 of the Procedure for confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child out of the healthcare institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2013 No. 9, I order:

2) Regulations on the medical advisory commission on confirmation of the fact of the birth by the child's woman out of healthcare institution which is applied.
2. Bring in the Regulations on examination of temporary disability approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 9, 2008 No. 189 "About approval of the Regulations on examination of temporary disability" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 4, 2008 for No. 589/15280, the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 4.3 of Chapter 4 of the word "medical and consulting commission" "the medical and advisory commission";
2) in Chapter 5:
in Item 5.3 of the word "Medical and Consulting Commission" shall be replaced with words "The medical and advisory commission";
add Item 5.3 with the new subitem of the following content:
