About liquidation of "National Scientific and Technological Center of Industrial Safety" joint-stock company

According to item 4 of Article 98 and Item 1 of article 178 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate "National Scientific and Technological Center of Industrial Safety" joint-stock company.

2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
