1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of the direction on professional training, retraining or advanced training of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which are exempted in connection with staff reduction or holding organizational actions, for health reasons, which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of November 18, 2008 No. 563 "About approval of the Procedure and conditions of the direction on preparation, retraining or advanced training of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which are subject to release in connection with staff reduction or holding organizational actions, for health reasons", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 27, 2009 for No. 81/16097.
