Regulations on State commission on science and technologies according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on the Agency on science and technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2;
Regulations on Fonda of support and development of scientific and technical activities for State commission for science and technologies according to appendix No. 3.
2. Create Executive directorate of Fund of support and development of scientific and technical activities for State commission for science and technologies (further - Fund).
3. Approve structure of Executive directorate of Fund of support and development of scientific and technical activities for State commission for science and technologies according to appendix No. 4.
4. Determine that:
The agency on science and technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) is legal successor of Committee on coordination of development of science and technologies under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for its obligations and agreements, including international;
content of executive directorate of Fund it is performed by fund based on the expense budget approved by State commission on science and technologies;
