Bring in the Procedure for licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture, No. 1396 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 94, Art. 3441; 2008, No. 82, Art. 2766; 2011, No. 40, Art. 1645, No. 61, Art. 2435; 2012, No. 8, Art. 297, No. 16, Art. 592; 2013, No. 28, Art. 955; 2014, No. 7, Art. 201; 2015, No. 96, Art. 3297; 2017, No. 33, the Art. 1027), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of January 17, 2017 No. 1817-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of town-planning activities".
