2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 23, 2017 No. 414
1. This Provision according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About fight against terrorism" determines procedure of social resettlement of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the foreign citizens and stateless persons injured with act of terrorism (further - persons injured with act of terrorism).
2. Action of this provision does not extend to rendering urgent medical or other emergency care to persons which were injured in the anti-terrorist operation zone.
3. Social resettlement of persons injured with act of terrorism is carried out for the purpose of return them to normal life activity and includes legal assistance, psychological, medical, employment rehabilitation, employment, provision by it in necessary cases of well-planned housing and other help, stipulated by the legislation.
