About introduction of amendments to some orders
According to the Item "g" of Article 15 and Article 19 of the Land code of Ukraine, the Item "g" to" article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management", article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of lands", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1119 (with changes), and for the purpose of ensuring accounting of lands on their purpose in the State land cadastre and settlements by determination of the coefficients characterizing functional use of the parcels of land, I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Classification of types of purpose of lands approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of July 23, 2010 No. 548, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 1, 2010 for No. 1011/18306 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Approve Changes in appendix 1 to the Procedure for normative money value of lands for settlements approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of November 25, 2016 No. 489, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2016 at No. 1647/29777, which are applied.
3. To provide to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
