For the purpose of elimination of bureaucratic barriers and simplification of the procedure of transfer to lease of objects of material cultural heritage and the territories adjoining to them with adoption of investment obligations on their improvement and maintenance in proper condition the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 6, 2014 No. 53 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer to lease of objects of material cultural heritage and the territories adjoining to them with adoption of investment obligations on their improvement and maintenance in proper condition" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, of 2014, No. 3, the Art. 22) according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning culture, information systems and telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
