About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 14, 2015 No. 264 "About measures for further enhancement of holding tenders"
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 31, 2017 the No. UP-4996 "About Formation of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Investments" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 14, 2015 No. 264 "About measures for further enhancement of holding tenders" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2015, No. 9, the Art. 80) according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov, the deputy prime minister - the minister of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. T. Mirzayev, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzavtosanoat U. U. Rozukulov, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
