According to Item 10 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, to the paragraph to the fourth Item 3 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1073-r "About approval of the actions plan on accomplishment of the recommendations stated in the concluding remarks provided by UN committee on the rights of people with disabilities to the first report of Ukraine on accomplishment of the Convention of the UN on the rights of persons with disability for the period till 2020" for the purpose of observance and realization of the rights and freedoms of persons with disability, identification and removal of obstacles and barriers disturbing the specified category of persons in satisfaction of their daily needs according to requirements of the Convention of the UN about the rights of persons with disability I order:
