2. 1. In the Traffic regulations of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 1.2:

2. To state the note to Item 5.1 of appendix to Basic provisions according to the admission of vehicles to the operation and obligations of officials on traffic safety approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:

"Note. Designation of category of the vehicle in this Item is established according to appendix No. 1 to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles", to No. 877 accepted by the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011.".
