About approval of State standard of social service of the supported accommodation of elderly people and persons with disability

According to the Laws of Ukraine "About social services", "About the state social standards and the state social guarantees" and in pursuance of the Strategy of reforming of the system of provision of social services approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 8, 2012 No. 556-r, the Actions plan on realization of National strategy in human rights for the period till 2020 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2015 No. 1393-r I order:

1. Approve State standard of social service of the supported accommodation of elderly people and persons with disability which is applied.

2. To management for elderly people and provision of social services (Sulima A. V.) provide submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Fedorovich N. V.

I. General provisions

1. This State standard determines content, amount, conditions, regulations and standard rates, procedure for provision of social service of the supported accommodation and indicators of its quality.
