About procedure of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union acquis communautaire

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union of acquis communautaire connected with accomplishment of obligations of Ukraine in the field of the European integration which is applied.

2. Determine that the organization, planning and implementation of transfer of acts of the European Union acquis communautaire into Ukrainian provides Government office of coordination of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, the Art. 3199), changes which are applied.

Procedure of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union of acquis communautaire connected with accomplishment of obligations of Ukraine in the field of the European integration

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of implementation of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union of acquis communautaire (further - acts of acquis of the EU) connected with agreement performance about association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members from other party (further - the Agreement), accomplishment of other international legal obligations of Ukraine in the field of the European integration.
