The changes made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Item 6 of the Section II of the List of republican state bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358, of the word "on conservation" shall be replaced with words "on ecology and environmental protection".

2. In the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 7, 2007 No. PP-649 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for issue of licenses for right to use by subsoil plots":

a) in item 4 of the word "on conservation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "The Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection";

b) in appendix:

in Item 44, in the paragraph the second Item 52, in Item 81, in paragraphs the second - the fourth Item 84, in Items 89 and 90, Item 117 in paragraph one to replace the word of Goskompriroda with the word of Goskomecology;
