In pursuance of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" and "About civil protection", presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 7, 2017 No. UP-4947 "About the Strategy of Actions for Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of June 1, 2017 No. UP-5066 "About Measures for Radical Increase in System Effectiveness of the Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations", for the purpose of increase in readiness for reaction of forces and means of the State system of the prevention and actions in emergency situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the timely notification and informing the population on threats or emergence of emergency situations the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on creation of the automated warning system and informing the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan on threats or emergence of emergency situations based on complex of program technical means.
2. Approve:
Organizational and functional structure of the automated warning system and informing the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan on threats or emergence of emergency situations (ASOI) according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on the automated warning system and informing the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan on threats or emergence of emergency situations according to appendix No. 2.
