About amounts and procedure for import by citizens to customs area of Ukraine of food for own consumption and the list of objects which cannot be carried to personal belongings of citizens
According to the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for import (transfer) to Ukraine, customs clearance and the taxation of personal belongings, goods and vehicles which are imported (are sent) by citizens on customs area of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that citizens can import on customs area of Ukraine food for own consumption for the total amount no more than 50 euros as like as two peas in such amounts:
in the packaging of the producer intended for retail trade - in quantities it is no more than one packaging or the lump which is not exceeding two kilograms, each name as like as two peas;
unpacked - in quantity which does not exceed two kilograms of each name as like as two peas;
unpacked - the indivisible product ready to the direct use, in quantity not bigger than unit of each name as like as two peas.
Food which are imported by citizens on customs area of Ukraine for own use in the specified amounts, are declared orally or in writing at the request of their owner or upon the demand of the official of customs.
Food unpacked of the producer are not subject to movement in unaccompanied baggage.
2. Determine that other objects cannot be carried to personal belongings of citizens, except those that are specified in appendix.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
