1. Make changes and addition to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Yunuskhodzhayev.

The changes and amendment brought in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the list of republican state bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358:

a) add the Section III with Item 8 of the following content:

"8. The agency on science and technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

b) to exclude Item 3 of the Section IV.
