About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of updating of codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of updating of codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Determine that:

the changes approved by this resolution, except for subitems 2, of 3, 6 (regarding codes 4403 21 990 0, 4403 22 900 0, 4403 23 910 0, 4403 23 990 0, 4403 24 900 0, 4403 25 910 0, 4403 25 990 0, 4403 26 000 0), 7 (regarding codes 4403 20 910 1, 4403 20 910 2, 4403 20 910 9, 4403 20 990 1, 4403 20 990 9) Item 13 and Item 18 (regarding codes 0603 12 000 0, 0704 10 000 0 and 0810 10 000 0), extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2017;

subitems 2 and 3 of Item 13 of the specified changes extend to the legal relationship which arose from January 1, 2017 to August 31, 2017 inclusive;

subitems 6 (regarding codes 4403 21 990 0, 4403 22 900 0, 4403 23 910 0, 4403 23 990 0, 4403 24 900 0, 4403 25 910 0, 4403 25 990 0, 4403 26 000 0) and 7 (regarding codes 4403 20 910 1, 4403 20 910 2, 4403 20 910 9, 4403 20 990 1, 4403 20 990 9) of Item 13 of the specified changes extend to the legal relationship which arose from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 inclusive;

Item 18 (regarding codes 0603 12 000 0 and 0704 10 000 0) of the specified changes extends to the legal relationship which arose from January 1, 2017 to March 17, 2017 inclusive;

Item 18 (regarding code 0810 10 000 0) of the specified changes extends to the legal relationship which arose from January 1, 2017 to June 9, 2017 inclusive.

In the list of types of the special technical means intended for secret receipt of information which import and export are subject to licensing, No. 214 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 10, 2000 "About approval of the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of the special technical means intended for secret receipt of information, and the list of types of the special technical means intended for secret receipt of information which import and export are subject to licensing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 12, of Art. 1292; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5341; 2010, No. 52, Art. 7080):
