Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358 "About Enhancement of System of Republican State Bodies":

a) add the Section I with Item 17 of the following content:

"17. Ministry of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

b) to consider Item 8 of the Section III invalid.

2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 5, 2017 No. UP-5068 "About Creation of Innovative Technopark in Yashnabadsky District of the City of Tashkent":

a) in paragraph three of Item 6 of the word "The Agency on Science and Technologies" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of innovative development";

b) to state Item 14 of appendix No. 2 in the following edition:
