Some questions of the organization of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.01.2023 No. 38

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2004 No. 326 "About approval of the Regulations on the National register of electronic information resources" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 11, Art. 665; 2010, No. 58, Art. 2025; 2016, No. 18, the Art. 742) and of September 8, 2016 No. 606 "Some questions of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 73, Art. 2455; 2017, No. 15, the Art. 438) changes which are applied.

3. To the state agency concerning electronic control:

in two-month time to develop and approve formats of electronic messages and data exchange, the approximate agreement on information exchange and the approximate agreement on connection to system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources;

submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine till December 12, 2018 the report on accomplishment of the Procedure approved by this resolution, subjects of powers of authority determined in appendix 3 to the specified Procedure.
