1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 8, 2016 No. 606 "some questions of electronic interaction of electronic information resources" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 73, Art. 2455; 2018, No. 41, Art. 1450; 2019, No. 34, Art. 1204; 2020, No. 19, Art. 741; 2021, No. 52, Art. 3216; 2022, No. 93, the Art. 5798) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that exchange of personal data in system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources using subsystem of monitoring of access to personal data is performed after ensuring technical capability of functioning and use of subsystem of monitoring of access to personal data.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
4. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation creation and implementation in operation of subsystem of monitoring of access to personal data.
5. To the ministries, another central and to local executive bodies to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
