2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering services of industrial nature)" and to enact them starting with the report for 2018.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the small business entities listed in part two of Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering the services of industrial nature)" approved by this resolution and peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing the following types of economic activity: mining industry; processing industry; supply with the electric power, gas, vapor, hot water and the conditioned air; water supply, collection, processing and waste disposal, activities for liquidation of pollution.
