1. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- create organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- develop and approve the charter of organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- in accordance with the established procedure to make state registration of organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic in judicial authorities.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 05.03.2021 No. 72
