About approval of regulations on the State inspectorate for control and supervision of technical condition and safety of work of large and especially important water management objects under the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 29, 2018 "About additional measures for enhancement of activities of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-4039:

1. Approve Regulations on the State inspectorate for control and supervision of technical condition and safety of work of large and especially important water management objects under the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of agrarian and food spheres A. D. Vakhabov and the minister of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. R. Hamrayev.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the Single system of the state inventories approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 16, 2005 No. 66 (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 7, to the Art. 59), the paragraph the eleventh Item 8 to state in the following edition:

"according to the state inventory of hydraulic engineering constructions - the State inspectorate for control and supervision of technical condition and safety of work of large and especially important water management objects under the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other authorized bodies".

3. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 25, 2011 No. 88 "About the organization of activities of National committee of Uzbekistan for big dikes" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 3, the Art. 20):

a) in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "on emergency situations" shall be replaced with words "water economy";

b) to state the text of appendix No. 1 in the following edition:
