In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2018 No. UP-5594 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of System of Public Administration and Supervision in Spheres of Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2018 No. PP-4058 "About the organization of activities of the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the acting chairman of the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. V. Gulyamov and the Secretariat on development fuel and energy and key branches of the industry of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. b) in paragraph seven of the Section V of appendix No. 2 of the word "The state inspectorate for supervision of geological studying of subsoil, safe operation in the industry, mining and the household sector under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
