About approval of changes which are made to some orders of the Government

No. 40-49, 82) and articles IV of the Law No. 168/2018 on change of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 333-335, 549) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since February 24, 2019.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for transportation of the imported oil products approved by the Order of the Government No. 476/2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 57-58, 564) of the word "Department of Standardization and Metrology" shall be replaced with words "the body of inspectorate recognized by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure".
