About approval of changes which are made to some orders of the Government

According to provisions of article 28 of the Law No. 1/2018 on non-bank credit institutions (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 108-112, 200) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. To the ministries and other bodies of the central public management to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In subitem 2.6 of Item 2 of appendix 4 to the Regulations on the organization and functioning of Fund of energy efficiency approved by the Order of the Government No. 401/2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 126-129, 448), words "leasing companies" shall be replaced with words "non-bank credit institutions".

2. In the Technical concept of the automated information system "Register of Pledges of Personal Estate" approved by the Order of the Government No. 142/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 44-48, 182), to make the following changes:
