About establishment of standard forms of agreements

Based on subitems 1.4.2 and 1.4.3 of Item 1 of Article 11 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

standard form of the service provision agreement on holding forestry and landscape actions and forest utilization according to appendix 1;

standard form of the service provision agreement on the cabin dangerous concerning highways, railway tracks public, aerial communication lines and electricity transmission of trees according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 29, 2019.
