Based on part two of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2019 "About establishment of visa-free procedure for entrance and departure of foreign citizens" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 300
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for visit by citizens of the visa-free territory Brest-Grodno, and also the territories of districts of the Brest and Grodno regions which are not part of this territory it (is applied).
2. Establish:
the document form, granting to citizens the right to individual visit of the visa-free territory Brest-Grodno, according to appendix 1;
the document form, granting to citizens the right to group visit of the visa-free territory Brest-Grodno, and also the territories of districts of the Brest and Grodno regions which are not part of this territory according to appendix 2.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2017 No. 1017 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2017 No. 462".
4. This resolution becomes effective since November 10, 2019.
