About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of system of the state provision of pensions of citizens

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 24, 2018 No. ZRU-508 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with acceptance of the Main directions of tax and budget policy for 2019", presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 29, 2018 No. UP-5468 "About the Concept of Enhancement of Tax Policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of December 12, 2018 No. UP-5597 "About Additional Measures for Strengthening of Social Support of Pensioners and Increase in System Effectiveness of Provision of Pensions of Citizens", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of system of the state provision of pensions of citizens the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance D. A. Kuchkarov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. in Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 2002 No. 88 "About additional measures for ensuring timely salary payment" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 3, the Art. 15) after words "single social payment," to add with the words "for the period till January 1, 2019".

2. In Regulations on the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 19, 2010 No. 30 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 8, the Art. 62):

a) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Are a part of the system of Fund:

managements of Fund in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and Tashkent;

district (city) departments of Fund.

executive office of Fund - at the expense of means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

territorial administrations, district (city) departments - by budget funds of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of areas and the city of Tashkent.";

b) in Item 8:

in the subitem "a":

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"accumulates funds on receipts from obligatory and other payments on the account of Fund in Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Treasury) and provides the direction them for financing of expenses on pension payment, social benefits, compensation and other payments;";

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"performs accounting of receipt of obligatory and other payments;";
