About approval of Changes in the Procedure for issue of certificates of the salary for purpose of pensions to separate categories of persons in case of liquidation of state bodies in which persons worked, and also renaming (absence) of their positions

According to Item 6 of the Procedure for the purpose of pensions to some categories of persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2016 No. 622 (with changes), to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for issue of certificates of the salary for purpose of pensions to separate categories of persons in case of liquidation of state bodies in which persons worked and also renaming (absence) of their positions, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of May 10, 2017 750, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2017 for No. 766/30634 (with changes) which are applied.

2. (V. Kudin) to provide to management of development of social insurance and provision of pensions submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister N. Shambir.

Changes in the Procedure for issue of certificates of the salary for purpose of pensions to separate categories of persons in case of liquidation of state bodies in which persons worked, and also renaming (absence) of their positions

1. In Item 3:

 Paragraph two to add 1) with words "(except the National Bank of Ukraine)";

  To add 2) after paragraph two with the new paragraph of such content:

"The National Bank of Ukraine - to persons who have the last place of employment to positions of public service in organizations, branches and representative offices of the National Bank of Ukraine;".

With respect thereto third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth.

2.  To state the subitem 1 of item 4 in the following edition:

"1) official pay rate and the allowance for rank - in the sizes operating on the date of the request for award of pension of the working government employee of the corresponding position and rank on the last place of employment and post in public service to which positions of employees of the liquidated state bodies, according to lists are equated:

positions and to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to which official pay rates of employees of state bodies which are given in appendix 1 to this Procedure affirmed;

positions and regulatory legal acts according to which official pay rates of employees of organizations and organizations before entry into force of the Law No. 889, which are given in appendix 2 to this Procedure affirmed;

positions and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to which official pay rates of employees of state bodies which positions in connection with entry into force of the Law No. 889 do not belong to positions of public service affirmed are given in appendix 3 to this Procedure;

positions and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and resolutions of board of the National Bank of Ukraine according to which official pay rates of employees of the National Bank of Ukraine which have years of service of 20 years  are given on the positions carried to positions of public service which positions after entry into force of the Law No. 889 do not belong to positions of public service referred to category of positions of public service in appendix 4 to this Procedure;".

3. In Item 6 of the word "paragraphs second, third" shall be replaced with words "paragraphs the second - the fourth".

4. In appendix 1:

1) to add appendix after the Section V with the new Section V1 of the following content:
